Where & How to Use It

• The Jig & Pause Method: Rip the jig upward with two or three sharp jerks, then let it fall on a completely slack line for two seconds. The butterfly flutter on the drop is when most predators will inhale the lure.

Gerrys Pro Tip:

The 72mm 30g is my banker lure for Sea Bass. Because its made of zinc, it has a slightly slower sink rate than a lead jig of the same weight, giving the fish more time to see that beautiful fluttering action. I recommend using a Sakura Ryokan 8 MH rod with a size 3000 or 4000 reel. If youre missing a lot of strikes, try adding a Sakura Assist Hook to the front eyeletit significantly increases your hook-up rate on the fall!
