RIO – Premier Glacial Gold Fly Line

RIO Premier Glacial Gold Fly Line Cold-Weather Performance for Trout.

The RIO Premier Glacial Gold Fly Line is purpose-built for anglers who wont let winter conditions keep them off the water. Featuring RIOs proven Gold taper, it delivers versatile performance for dries, nymphs, and streamers with excellent loop stability and control. Unlike standard trout lines that stiffen, crack, or lose handling below 40F (5C), the Glacial Gold is built with RIOs proprietary PolarFlex coating. This advanced material stays supple, slick, and memory-free even in freezing temperatures, ensuring smooth casting and reliable performance on the coldest days. From icy banks to snow-fed rivers, the Glacial Gold keeps you fishing comfortably and effectively all winter long.
