Ridge Monkey Line Control Arm

Quick Overview

The Ridge Monkey Line Control Arm is a practical reel accessory that provides better control over line release when the bail arm is open. It is intended for anglers who use a bait boat, row bait out to the spot, or move along the bank, and want to reduce line tangles and twist.

Description

This accessory acts as a kind of third hand for most fixed spool reels and provides light, controlled resistance as the line leaves the spool. The foam-covered arm protects the line from damage, while the folding outer clip makes storage and transport easier. It is especially useful in carp fishing, but also in other techniques where controlled line release is needed without using the drag.
