Prologic C3 Fulcrum FS Carp Rods

Prologic C3 Fulcrum FS Carp Rods

Precision Engineering Meets Custom-Built Style: The Ultimate High-Modulus Powerhouse.

Three years in development and born from the same elite pedigree as the Inspire range, the C3 Fulcrum has arrived at Gerrys. These rods represent a significant leap in carbon technology, designed for the angler who demands a tool that performs as flawlessly as it looks.

The secret lies in the 3K Multi-layer high modulus carbon and the revolutionary Cross-Over Carbon Technology. By accurately wrapping multiple layers of carbon fiber, Prologic has achieved an ultra-slim profile with incredible wall strength. The result? A rod with a lightning-fast recovery rate that allows you to punch leads further and with more surgical accuracy than ever before.

Why the C3 Fulcrum Stands Alone:

• Cross-Over Carbon Tech: This advanced construction retains rigidity while shedding weight, ensuring that every ounce of energy in your cast is transferred directly into the lead.

• Gunsmoke PKW Guides: Fitted with 50mm butt guides (40mm on 10ft models) and 16mm anti-frap tips, these Gunsmoke finished guides are designed to eliminate line slap and prevents lock-ups in weedy conditions.

• HD-Inspire Reel Seat: A machine-cut, black anodized reel seat that offers a direct connection to the blank, providing perfect transmission of every lunge and head-shake during the fight.

• Elite Aesthetics: Featuring super-slim Japanese shrink wrap handles and a laser-etched metallic butt cap, these rods offer the understated, stealth look of premium custom builds.

• Tailored Actions: Choose between the AR (All Round) players action for a beautiful curve, or the XD (Extra Distance) fast-progressive action for conquering the biggest venues.

Selecting Your C3 Fulcrum Weaponry

1. The 10ft Compact Models:

Perfect for boat work or stalking in tight swims. These little bruisers retain the same high-end carbon tech as their longer brothers, offering massive power in a short, maneuverable package.

2. The AR (All Round) Series:

The choice for the traditional carper. The AR action is a true players rod, offering a semi-parabolic curve that cushions lunges under the rod tip, making it a joy to use on modern day-ticket waters.

3. The XD (Extra Distance) Series:

If you are tackling massive inland seas or need to hit the 150-yard mark, the XD action is essential. It is a fast-progressive blank that loads quickly and snaps back into position instantly, maximizing your casting potential.

4. The Fast Water Legacy:

Prologic has also integrated this 3K tech into the updated Fast Water rangeperfect for the specialist river angler targeting massive Barbel or Carp in heavy currents where rod stability and power are non-negotiable.

Gerrys Verdict: The C3 Fulcrum is a masterpiece of modern rod building. The Cross-Over carbon gives it a unique crisp feel that you usually only find in rods twice this price. If you want a setup that looks like a custom build but has the raw power to handle any Carp in the world, the Fulcrum is the winner
