Fulling Mill Jackies Mask Mayfly

Fulling Mill Jackies Mask Mayfly Proven Dry Fly for Lough Mask

Jackies Mask Mayfly is a timeless dry fly pattern rooted in Irish tradition, passed down from Jackies grandfather who relied on it heavily on Lough Mask and surrounding loughs. Designed to imitate natural Mayfly duns, this fly excels from the main hatch in May through the secondary hatches in July and August.

Mask and many other Irish loughs often experience a second Mayfly rise mid-summer, and trout feed confidently during this period. This pattern mimics the vulnerable dry stage of the Mayfly, sitting perfectly on the surface and drawing aggressive takes when fish are focused on adult duns.

Key Features:

• Classic dry Mayfly pattern for Lough Mask and other Irish loughs
• Effective during May through mid-August, covering both major and late-season hatches
• Light and buoyant ideal for dry fly presentations
• A go-to choice during calm conditions or when trout are sipping duns
• Trusted Fulling Mill quality tied to exacting standards

If youre planning a session on Mask, Corrib, Sheelin or Conn during Mayfly time, this fly deserves a place on your leader. A proven Irish dry fly that delivers year after year.
