Daiwa Bait Junkie Risky Critter Soft Plastic Lure

The Bait Junkie Risky Critter is a compact creature bait crafted through extensive development by Daiwas design team and leading Australian anglers. Created to deliver maximum versatility, it offers an ideal profile for bream while still being substantial enough to tempt freshwater predators such as Australian Bass and Yellowbelly. Its body can even be trimmed to imitate a trout nymph, making it a highly adaptable soft plastic for a wide range of environments.

Engineered with a blend of forward- and rear-facing appendages, the Risky Critter produces a natural quivering motion as it sinks, while its claws and wings add subtle movement to trigger strikes. The dual curl-tail legs activate when the lure is lifted from the bottom, mimicking vulnerable prey and drawing the attention of nearby fish.

Constructed from a firmer Elastomax material, the lure enhances leg vibration and durability, ensuring consistent action even on light jigheads. Infused with AMINOX scent and flavour, it provides an added edge in challenging conditions by encouraging fish to commit to the bite. Purpose-built for estuary and freshwater species, the Risky Critter is a proven performer across Australian waters.
