Hackle pliers for parachute hackles.

You can hackle while maintaining a 90 angle to the parachute post.
Wrap from top to bottom and secure the hackle at the base of the parachute post.
The elastomer rubber at the joint functions as a shock absorber.

The inside of the pliers has been sandblasted to provide a non-slip finish.
The edge of the tip is rounded all the way around to firmly capture the hackle stalk and prevent it from being damaged by the edge.
The pliers and grip move freely, and the grip part rotates smoothly.
