30mm | 2.3g | Sinking | light game jig / micro jig | GG-705

The Palm Ball Ajing 30 mm 2.3 grams Sinking Lure is a small light-game jig for close-range work where subtle movement matters more than power.

This style is useful when fish are feeding on tiny bait, shrimp, small crabs, or bottom scraps and will not commit to a hard minnow.

Fish it slowly with small hops, shakes, and pauses.

The head gives weight and bottom contact while the skirt or dressing adds movement even when the lure is barely moving.

That is important for light-game fishing because many bites come when the lure is paused or just trembling in place.

Use it around ports, pontoons, rock walls, drains, and shallow reef edges.

The limitation is casting range and hook size; it is not made for heavy surf or big pelagics, but it can be very effective when the fish are keyed in on small food.

The GG-705 finish should be picked for visibility rather than treated as a magic colour.

Run cleaner, more natural-looking finishes in clear water and decent light; move to stronger flash, glow, or brighter contrast when the water is stained, the sky is dark, or fish need help finding the lure.

If the colour is too loud for calm clear water, drop to a subtler pattern before changing the whole lure style.

TARGET SPECIES: aji, mebaru, small rockfish, bream, trout, perch, and other light-game predators.
